Accomplishments:
- Residential - Developed/constructed 2,885 single family units including customs, semi customs, and tract units, 5,260 multifamily units (townhouses, condominiums, apartments, from 3 story walkups to elevators and corridors), (Having P&L responsibility including sales and marketing), 2 apartment/condo conversions, 20 + clubhouses, pools, amenity areas.
- Commercial - 4 commercial shopping centers, a marina with restaurant, 5 commercial rehabs/renovations, 1 country club, golf course, security office, 2 metal maintenance buildings with offices, a church, a fast food restaurant, and many commercial fit outs of lease space (retail and office), etc.
- Owners Representative for 4 assisted living nursing homes, 1 transitional care nursing home, and 1 medical office building, numerous shopping center/ commercial renovations.
- Lead Investigator/ Owners Representative - 6 schools, 3 artificial turf ball fields, small airport runway, large water line project, large HVAC project, 10M + elevator rehabs, sea wall project, environmental clean up project, commercial caulking project, several re-roofing projects of public housing, large demolition project (sewer plant) on pier in Hudson River, renovation of wing of VA Hospital, 1800LF of elevated boardwalk, police station, etc.
- Handled claims investigations, claims administration, claims litigation oversight, claims settlements for many millions of dollars.
- Have supervised projects as large as 4,200 acres, 800 acres and 540 acres, including from feasibility study to warranty service.
- Have supervised as many as 14 projects at once with over 100M in direct construction cost.
- Have engineered passage of new water well and sewer plant approvals and passage of a new township PUD ordinance.
- Have written construction manuals, warranty manuals, taking many projects through the approval process, etc.
